Technical Expertise on Display:
Project Managers spearheaded 52 SCADA & DAS projects, showcasing their ability to navigate complex tasks.
Engineers efficiently closed 26 SCADA and 3 DAS projects, delivering solutions on time and within budget.
Our Support team went above and beyond, assisting over 396 customers with prompt and informative responses (2,874 replies in total!).
Going the Extra Mile (Literally):
Field Technicians bravely ventured to over 90 sites, racking up an impressive 261,217 miles flown – that's farther than a trip to the moon and back!
Production achieved a remarkable 1,000+ injury-free days, demonstrating their commitment to a safe work environment.
Building and Collaborating:
Our team constructed an impressive 1,262 COMM units, 184 MET units, 59 SCADA units, and 11 DAS units, contributing significantly to infrastructure development.
Business Development successfully hosted two SSOT trainings and actively participated in four industry tradeshows, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Investing in People:
Human Resources conducted 401 interviews and successfully hired and onboarded 44 new employees, expanding our talented team.
Nor-Cal's commitment to employee engagement shone through with five exciting events organized throughout the year.
Tech Powerhouse:
Internally, the IT team impressively doubled their output, closing a whopping 1,453 tickets compared to 2022. This demonstrates their dedication to efficient problem-solving and keeping our systems running smoothly.
